You need to be disciplined in your approach towards work and stick to a routine. This means setting goals, creating a schedule, and prioritizing your tasks.

Another essential element of a strong work ethic is accountability. You need to take responsibility for your actions and be accountable for your results. This means accepting both success and failure and learning from them.
